Located on a sprawling 14-acre property surrounded by 2,000+ acres of Raleigh farmland, this enchanting wedding venue boasts a picturesque landscape complete with lush trees, a tranquil pond, and captivating natural beauty.

The centerpiece of the property is a charming 1967 ranch-style home that exudes a vintage mid-century ambiance, offering both elegance and warmth. Every inch of this 5,200 square-foot masterpiece has been designed to keep its original charm while featuring the modern luxuries that every bride and groom adores on their special day.

Baucom House is separated into two wings that allow your entire bridal party to get ready in one location. The first wing features a master suite with a king-size bed, spacious lounge, bar area ideal for a morning brunch, and a roomy master bath with dedicated vanity space for hair and makeup.

Your bridal party will enjoy three separate bedrooms available throughout your stay…as well as a cozy fireplace room, an expansive kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the ceremony space, and an on-site laundry room for any last-second needs.

The second wing features a grand billiards room equipped with a big-screen TV, ample seating, and a black felt regulation-size pool table. Just around the corner is another sizable lounge area with a large TV, video game console, mini bar, and plenty of comfortable seats for your groomsmen to enjoy.

Directly behind Baucom House, you will find our stunning ceremony location nestled between two large willow oaks and surrounded by meadows, tall waving grass, and a beautiful line of mature native trees. This scenic backdrop has been left untouched to magnify the natural beauty that Raleigh has to offer. The location can accommodate up to 250 chairs and provides an elegantly shaded area for the comfort of your guests.

Cocktail hour can be hosted just a few steps away on the home’s original red brick patio. This walk-out entertainment setting offers a lovely panoramic view of the 14-acre paradise and all of its scenic beauty.

As Raleigh’s newest venue, we are still in the construction phase of the Baucom House reception area, which will feature a smooth concrete surface and a large white tent.
